As a Digital Marketing Assistant, I've been assigned as a social media manager, using a combination of Canva and Adobe Photoshop in creating social media banners and scheduling them through Buffer and Later by adding captions using ChatGPT and Copy.AI. I was also assigned in email marketing using MailChimp and creating landing pages through it, too. I also did research by researching business convention around Texas, USA.
As a video editor, I've edited short form videos for Upgrade to see actual info and Facebook reels and Upgrade to see actual info using Adobe Premiere Pro. I've also edited long form testimonial videos for a YouTube channel. Aside from Premiere Pro, I also have basic knowledge in using Adobe After Effects.
Aside from those two work experiences, I also worked at a BPO company as a customer service representative for a year. My task was to assist US and Canadian customers with their packages.
I am creative and passionate who's eager to learn new things and making sure every work of mine is on standard for the client I'm working with.
