I have been in BPO Industry and worked as a Customer Service Representative on a Telco, Retail and Fashion accounts. We handle sales, billing inquiries, product inquiries, order taking, shipments, process reshipment, setting appointments, sending emails, basic troubleshooting of products and helping customers. Working in this fast-paced industry and accounts requires an extra effort, skills and hard work. With this, I am able to multi-task things for me to be productive. I am able in adapting and adjusting to the environment and to the work. I am knowledgeable in navigating tools that would help for the betterment of the tasks.
