I am a Customer Service Representative in a  BPO company in a Telco Account .I'm proficient in using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Google Calendar, Drive, Forms, Sheets & Docs and Canva. My skills are  web research, email management, non-voice chat/ customer support, scheduling appointments, organization skill and computer proficient.
