Iv'e been in the Business Process Outsourcing (B.P.O) industry for quite some time now and currently looking for another means to earn while i'm at home. Iv'e worked with different nationalities mostly Americans, Australians, New Zealanders, Asians a bit of Europeans.
I am a graduate of Tourism Management so most of the accounts Iv'e handled are related to Hotel and Travel. I am well experienced with booking flights, making itineraries, flight schedules/delays and how to explain them. And since it's the B.P.O Industry, i'm a fast in typing (At least 35 WPM), can multi-task, think fast, and work in a stressful environment. Iv'e also had a chance to work with Financial and Telecommunications accounts in the B.P.O Industry.
