I started off my career as a Marketing Assistant in Motortrade Nationwide Corp. a Motorcycle dealer that is well known here in the Upgrade to see actual info helps me to develop my character as a person because I was an introvert but I realized that it won't help me when it comes to this type of industry so then I challenged my self to become more assertive when it comes to sales. We are also obliged to make a plan or marketing strategies like mall display, streamers and conduct a program for our valued customer to inform and educate them on what we are selling and what promotions are we having in that certain period of time, and by that it helps me to develop strategic thinking and be keen to details. As time goes by I became good of what I'm doing in the company. After my journey in motortrade I've got hired in Wall Street Courier Services Inc. also known as Ninja Van a logistics company that caters delivery made online by consignee, I'm a Branch Custodian there and this time it helps me to develop my leadership skills because we are the one who supervised our delivery rider and coaching them to be more productive in their field of work.
