I have experience in many aspects of office administration. During my time as Documentation Assistant and Support Engineer at Carenett_phils Inc., I was responsible for maintaining records, creating and updating trackers, making a daily and/or weekly plan of activities of teams that are under my direction. I also had the opportunity to work closely with the Project Manager and Project Director of our department as I was given the responsibility to monitor each team’s activities and give updates regarding the progress of their work. This has helped me not only establish a good rapport with my colleagues but also develop an excellent time management and prioritizing skills. Working on different projects has also provided me a great platform for me to be adept in using MS office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
