I had a 4 months training on handling rebuttals. I do produce quality appointments. I target to dial as long as I can to get more contacts, and from there, to get appointments. I also worked as a Customer Service Representative in a Billing Department in a BPO Industry (Convergys: Directv) for 3 years dealing with mostly irate customers. My rate is $7 per hour.

Making sure I get to know their motivation on buying and selling so that it would not be a waste of time on behalf of the Realtor.
