I have experience as a Customer Service Representative for different lines of business (LOBs) for almost 2 years. I've been assigned to the Finance Department -- front line and second tier of escalations and General Care department for Telecommunications companies such as T-Mobile and Sprint.
I also handled a Technical account namely Hughes Net which is a satellite ISP and Technical Support for AT&T U-Verse which handles Internet, Phone Service, and TV Service including remote control.
I've been a Virtual Assistant for an Australian Dropshipping Company for 2 years and 7 months helping manage an eBay store. Also got a part-time as a Data Scraper for an Outreach company for 8 months.
I recently worked on a Shopify store, unfortunately, it only lasted for more than a month since the store was closed due to funds being held by PayPal because the customer's order hasn't been received yet -- deliveries are heavily affected due to the pandemic. I was able to gain experience with the Kibo Code program though.
I am a graduate of Diploma in Information Technology (DIT) at Systems Technology Institute (STI) therefore I have knowledge of computers and coding. A fast learner, I have an obsession to learn everything.
