I am a Freelance Telemarketer/ Virtual Assistant / Customer Service Rep based in the Philippines. I I started my career after I graduate as an artist skilled in SketchUp, AutoCAD and designing modular kitchens. I have also some backgrounds in graphic designs using photoshop, Canva and other editing apps, along with that, been also working as a customer Service Associate and a background being a Telemarketer & Appointment setter. I handled back-office work then transferred to collections team. And recently I worked in US telecommunications account which handles billing and tech support. I was able to build up my English communication skills even further and received some certificates and recognitions. My ideal job is to be a full-time long term customer service associate/virtual assistant working at home and helping you to achieve your goal by giving you a quality of service while maintaining a good and trust worthy relationship with you.
