Profile Description

Work closely with subsidiary business managers, analysts and other accounting staff to ensure compliance with Company's close schedule and US GAAP reporting through preparation of account reconciliations and account analysis.
Recording of the month-end accruals under
Open PO and other Upgrade to see actual infolculation and recording of the intercompany revenue.
Review of journal entries and month-end account schedule.
Ensures that compliance requirements (mainly tax and audit) are completed on time.
Ensures that the internal controls, policies and procedures on Corporate reporting are complied with.
Responsible for the calculations of accruals and preparations and explanations for account reconciliations.
Prepare audit schedules and provide analysis for the external auditors, specifically for Singapore and Australia.
