You can call me Kat, and I am a 32-year-old single woman with no kids from the Philippines. I'm a FurMom and I have 4 furbabies, a senior Shih Tzu dog, a Bichon Frisé Shih Tzu puppy, a Bengal cat, and a pure white with blue eyes Scottish Fold cat. I love taking on new challenges to help me grow and expand my mind. An interesting fact about me is that I used to have 7 Shih Tzus. In my free time, I enjoy kickboxing, watching movies and series, and riding big motorcycles. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management in 2012 and worked as a Food and Beverage Receptionist in Boracay for almost 3 years. Later, I transitioned to the BPO industry, where I worked as a CSR and eventually got promoted to Supervisor.
Just a short story, the pandemic came in 2020, and the company did not have the option of letting us work from home. I didn't want to risk my family's health and life, so I dUpgrade to see actual info not to work in the office and told my superiors that it was okay not to pay me, but I would stay at home for my family. I maximized my time while staying at home. I enrolled in a freelancing course and got trained and certified as a Virtual Assistant from FVA Academy. I have experience as an Executive and General VA, Data Entry Specialist, Admin Manager, Social Media Manager, Customer Support Manager, Digital Marketing Assistant, and ESL Teacher.
As a VA, I've gained experience in a range of tasks and responsibilities, from project management to social media management to customer support. I'm proficient in software like Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Trello, and Canva, and I'm familiar with many more. I pride myself on being a reliable and adaptable learner, and I'm always willing to learn new software or skills to better support my clients. My previous clients have consistently praised my communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
