I studied, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (3 level - undergraduate). I worked in a BPO industry for over a year under a Telecommunications account that is based in the US. I had also undergone Global Communications Training. Was able to handle Billing related concerns, Technical issues and up-selling services.

I was also a travel agent using Amadeus system for 20 months, handling flight exchanges, billing issues, flight cancellations and refunds.

With my personable character, I know that I can work well and communicate with others to contribute to team Upgrade to see actual info all that I do I would strive to advance with the company, and I feel that my previous work experience proves that.
