Profile Description

I've been an encoding specialist for more than 7 years for a Belgian owned company. My main task is to encode scientific names of specimen shells for scientific purposes. I was also a chat support representative for Comcast for 15 months. Encoding has always been my comfort zone. I can type as fast as 61 words per minute depending on the difficulty of the words. I also take into consideration the quality of my work, so I am very keen to details and I make sure that I do my job well and accurately. I was also a technical support representative for a year for Lightspeed POS before I got promoted to a Team Lead position. I am currently a Customer Service Representative for Best Buy for more than 2 years now. I just recently moved to support to assist new hires with product knowledge.
