(Bliss and Zendesk) - respond to client inquiries and give support courteously and professionally via chat-based contact platforms. Help clients with our platform information, account queries, technical problems, and other concerns.
Salesforce
Follow established guidelines, workflows, and scripts to ensure consistent and high-quality customer interactions. Quickly identifies trends or recurring issues and provides feedback to the appropriate teams for process improvements or training needs.
Data Entry
We review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established guidelines or standards. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, issues, and resolutions, using appropriate systems(CRM) or tools.
Fraud Analyst
Thoroughly reviews and analyzes various documents to identify inconsistencies, forgeries, alterations, or fraudulent indicators.
POC and SME
have quickly adapted to ever-changing processes. Handled a group to guarantee they hit their metrics and individual objectives before they were assigned to their groups and dealt with issues like experts.
