•CRM Support: Assisting Brokers and Client Service Managers to maintain effective client relationships.
•Executive Support: Providing assistance to Directors and the Head Broker.
•Loan Preparation: Compiling and preparing comprehensive loan files.
•Application Management: Entering loan applications using myCRM and updating Upgrade to see actual info.
•Client Follow-Up: Communicating with clients to secure missing documentation and ensure smooth processing.
