I have previously worked as a Private School Teacher for 5
years, my job required passion, and dedication. I wanted to shift career into
working remotely because, this would help me utilize my time while earning, and
saving. As a private school teacher, I had done a lot of administrative tasks,
tons of files, and reports. And I believe that this experience is equivalent to
working as Virtual Assistant. I am highly knowledgeable of using MS offices,
spreadsheets, google sheets, Canva, Zoom, google meet because I used it daily.
I also had a brief experience in BPO, both customer service, and sales. I was
one of the top collector in our team. The patience that I have gained working
in BPO was utilized when I d
not only teach, I also became part of customer service in school. Private
schools are business, I was part of the marketing team yearly to encourage
enrollees to choose our school. We have
done brainstorming, and research on how we can increase the number of students
yearly. Apart from that, I was also part of accountabilities of my students, we
sent letters regarding their balances, and also took care of invoices. These
experiences can be equal to becoming a Virtual Assistant. I also attended several trainings on becoming a successful Virtual Assistant.

In my previous job, we used to send emails to our customers who happened to be the parents of our students to disseminate information about their children's behavior and progress report.
