I have worked as a customer service specialist for 8 years and I have invested those years to become an expert of having good communication skills which is vital to my professional success, I can proudly say that I am a consistent top performer in my previous roles.

I value teamwork and love working with others. At my previous role, I proactively organize the team's schedule and send daily updates about our performances. I also assign tasks to my co-workers based on each skills and experience. I have no problem in working independently, but I thrive the most when I'm working with like-minded people towards a bigger goal.
I am flexible. Regardless of the situation, I always focus on the results. I am an expert when it comes to providing options if needed. I always have an alternative plan incase things wiil not work as it should be.

Solving problems is the primary duty of this job and I am an expert at it. My 8 years experience, my exceptional research skills helps me resolve any problem.
It also important that you are an organized person. I can make things done at a specific time and makes sure to meet deadlines. Now I get more work done in less time because of my time management skills.

I am also an optimistic person which helps me a lot in facing challenges in my professional career. For me, having a positive mindset and clear mind can help you make good decisions and can make your workload lighter and easier.
