I am a dedicated and hardworking individual, who gives my best shot in every opportunity I grasp. Though I am new in this sector, I am fully equipped with the skills needed to perform according to my client's expectations. I am knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and have knowledge of dealing with people.

 I studied at Notre Dame of Dadiangas University taking up a Bachelor of Arts major in Psychology. My educational background helped me to be equipped in having good communication skills, dealing with people, and being flexible in time. I'm good at communication and I've been in the BPO industry for Outbound calls for two years. I am good at persuading customers and being able to hit my goals and quotas given by my supervisor. I do love my career, and I don't waste even the tiniest opportunity available. Lastly, I want to grow and be better than I am today.
