Profile Description

I have grown so much since my first Upgrade to see actual info is not just my communication skills that had
become better, but my conflict-resolution skills as well. I figured I can be more helpful with the
customers if I listen not just to the words they say, but especially to the ones they do not. This leads to
my better understanding of them and will then lead to a smoother, shorter, and more solution -focused
calls. To be effective, I have become keener on the minute details of each call while making sure that I
navigate accurately and efficiently. This taught me to be more organized and mindful of how I manage
my time.
I can say that I have a highly-developed sense of self which helps me in a lot of aspects in life. At work, I can distinguish very easily, the areas I am good at, and the ones that I need to improve . Thus, I can focus more on finding out solutions rather than waste time on trying to figure what went
wrong. I find this very useful during any crisis.
