Profile Description

I worked in a BPO industry for 8 years now and I can proudly say that I am knowledgeable enough when it comes to providing an excellent customer service. I was a Technical Support Representative for 5 years and 3 year of experience in billing and pure customer service. As I am in this industry for quite some time now, I have discovered that we should always take good care of our customers and we always have to be polite and extend our patience at all times. We should show our empathy when needed and always acknowledge their concern. Active listening is a key to provide accurate resolution on every customers concern.
