Profile Description

As a graduate of Architecture, I have never been more overwhelmed to be in this industry to show my creativity and passion for the arts. I thought my life would revolve around just the box that I've learned to technically be inclined Upgrade to see actual infoom making design concepts, using Microsoft Office, Autocad, SketchUp, Photoshop, LightRoom, and Lumion, and turning them into a tangible structure, one can never feel more delighted. With the supervision of my boss throughout each project, we made everything possible.
I had to make ends meet and through that realization, I moved out of my comfort zone and explored possibilities. I tried to apply to a BPO Company in my area. I was successfully hired and handled different accounts. The flexibility that I have to offer is the all-around support of a voice agent and solving tickets for clients that need help with specific products they purchased. For a couple of months, this enabled me to learn more about hospitability, working with others, the value of time, and influencing my peers and customers to become motivated in what they do.
The qualities I can bring to the table are not limited to what has been mentioned above. Growth is a desire to be more resilient and flexible toward what may come and help me be the person I will be today and in the future.
