Profile Description

I'm a Virtual Assistant, I've undergone intensive training in Digital Marketing Field. I know how to create a website, landing pages, email campaign, Graphic design, Schedule an Appointment, Create a Membership course and Manage a Social Media Account.

I have completed my education with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting Technology from Holy Cross of Davao College and I also have NC III certificate in Bookkeeping. During college, I was chosen as one of the External Auditors of SSG Junior Auditing Team, in my one and a half year of service of being an auditor, I’ve handled seven different Clubs and Organizations in Holy Cross of Davao College, and we are responsible for checking their Budget Proposal, Treasury’s Report and validating their receipts. We are concerned with the prevention of fraud and provide an independent opinion on every Club and Organization’s Budget Proposals and treasury’s Reports.

I have been and Accountant for 1 year and 5 months at E.D Daquilos Customs Brokerage, I am responsible for the Accounts Receivable, every end of the month I submitted a Collection report with reached monthly quota, Statement of Accounts which was submitted to the clients, Aging Accounts Receivable Report which reflects the invoices that has been outstanding, Invoice summary Report which the monthly invoices are reflected and I am also responsible for making an Official Receipts for the clients.
