As a Customer service support I was responsible for both inbound and outbound customer calls. My daily responsibilities is to provide expedient and accurate customer service to all client customer. Address customer concern, issue, inquiries, or clarification. Prepares reports by accessing account data base, or analyzing the information contained and providing useful accurate and appropriate data.
I make sure also to be updated and analyzing the information with the latest account information from the client by reading e-mail updates sent and attending recurrent training sessions to make sure that I understand the account/program and apply this in a daily work.
