Recently graduated with my 2nd course - Bachelor of Science Major in Real Estate Management (December 2023) and passed the Licensure Examination for Real Estate Broker (April 2024) and Real Estate Appraiser (August 2024)

Obtain and verify financial information such as the applicant’s credit rating and income level. Analyze and evaluate the applicant’s creditworthiness using manual process, and utilizing underwriting software as a tool to render sound decision. Prepare packages/recommendations that conform to the lending guidelines and credit criteria to safeguard portfolio quality, and that could result in maximum profits and optimum use of resources Responsible for developing and maintaining credible relationships with clients at appropriate levels through reliable, proactive service delivery and the skillful application of specialist knowledge

Attention to detail is critical for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of information. Meticulous input of data from diverse sources, double-checking of entries for errors, and verifying that all information is correct and completely formatted.

Regularly conducts business calls and presentations to prospective clients. Conducts periodic calls to existing clients to determine their perception of the bank’s products and service quality as well as explore opportunities for cross-selling, leveraging, and relationship improvement.
