I am looking for a full-time position or whatever is available.I have worked as a Case Manager/ Resolutions 2 Support Ambassador at Airbnb for 3 years where I assisted conflicting parties, the guest and the host, ensuring that either would come up with an agreement otherwise we would dUpgrade to see actual info and make a decision on the matter. I also have experience working as a VA for 17 months in the areas of guest communications and responding to inquiries and bookings, as well as coordinating with the cleaning team, handymen, and maintenance to keep the property in top condition. I have also had experience monitoring reviews, responding to them, and handling any potential guest complaints.  Given this experience, I'm sure that if I have the chance to join your team, my knowledge and business expertise will be a huge asset.
