Profile Description

My responsibilities as a VCA - Virtual classroom administrator is to ensure that the students have their classroom materials, also goes to our facilitators and stakeholders. We send this via email. I also handle some and most of the admin task if I don't have class/sessions. We provide feedback to our sales team and stakeholders of their request and inquiry. We also work with sales force where we have our tickets and some inquiry from the sales team, editing and create excel files and word docs and PDFs. As a VCA, I ensure that I give my full dedication and hard work to give the full satisfaction to our clients and sales team and also to our company, in that way we will have the win win strategy.
