Profile Description
I've been with the BPO industry for 4 years. I am a collections associate for more than 2 years in a credit card company. We are calling the customers to remind them of their past due payment and we are working with them if ever they do not have the funds yet to pay for the bill. We are also looking for solutions to help them build a good credit. The rest of the years being a BPO employee, I am a customer service and a sales representative at the same time. We are assisting our customers on their order placements, product inquiry, shipping information, and delivery concerns. Although we are not doing hard sales, I already have the knowledge assisting customers in terms of sales.
