Responsible for assisting drivers, patients, and brokers concerns about appointments. Work closely with drivers to make sure they are always early or on time to pick up the patients from the pick-up location. Responsible for completing the schedules of the drivers by adding patient's schedules to the list. Monitoring schedules from time to time. Email and Chat drivers, patients, and brokers to updates or get updates.
I'm also a virtual assistant expert with knowledge of providing clerical, and administrative assistance online, Scheduling tasks, Managing research, Monitoring, Dispatching and reporting work. Effectively formulate strategies, tactics, and action plans to achieve results for the future success of my clients. Constantly develop techniques to generate new
strategic alternatives to achieve the highest standard of excellence for my client's business.
