Profile Description

I have been in the outsourcing industry for seven years. I recently worked as a Quality Analyst. I handled the content moderator's daily audits, coaching sessions, virtual meetings and other quality procedures to ensure that we're meeting the client’s objective.

This role mainly requires strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with our stakeholders and high attention to detail to identify potential quality issues.

I also had the opportunity to enhance my data entry and problem solving skills when I streamlined processes of workflows and guidelines to improve the performance of the moderators. That led the team to a remarkable increase in productivity and quality scores.

Before working as a Quality analyst, I also worked as a Content Moderator and Copywriter. I always bring my passion and commitment towards my roles. As a result, I became a top performer on multiple occasions and was awarded Core Value Champ for striving for excellence.
