Profile Description

I have been a customer service representative (both email and voice CSR) in an international and well-known travel account for 6 years. My experience from being a CSR is irreplaceable. Within that span, my communication skills and proper behavior not only towards our customers and clients, but also with my team mates and direct reports, have improved so much. I became more confident than ever. I was awarded as Best in QA and Best Agent of the month for a number of instance. In fact, I was tapped to be an SME (Subject Matter Expert) on my 3rd month of working. I was also tapped to work on admin tasks.
On my 7th year in the same company, I was asked to apply for a project that offers a Validator position who conducts final interview of applicants applying for our company. I courageously applied for that position as the scope of work got me fascinated and I felt like I was already tenured enough to try something new without the need to leave the company. Fortunately, I passed the evaluation and was transferred to the project a week later. There, we look for applicants that would pass the standard requirement of an account. We were focused on gauging applicants' English communication skills, critical thinking, thought organization and behavior that could possibly cause an attrition once they start in training. Three months later, I was promoted and got the Q.A. position. I was the one assigned to make sure that the validators are aligned with me when it comes to scoring and interviewing applicants. Then few months later, I was tapped again to be the team's trainer aside from being the team's quality analyst. I was already with the project for 3 years until the pandemic hits. Unfortunately, the project had to stop and had to lay us off. I resigned from the company and left the job and the people I work with to look for better opportunity. Fortunately, I found an opportunity online in an affiliate program and became an affiliate marketer. I am an affiliate marketer for 2 years now and I only needed one to two hours a day to work on it. Gladly, I can freely manage my own schedule and still get paid for it. Since this is a part time job and I have a lot of time in a day to spare, I am still looking for opportunities online where I can just work in the comfort of my own home.

I have also entered the sales world and shows my sales skills with Royal Caribbean Cruise line for 1 year and 8 months. With all these experiences for the past 12 years, I am confident that I can do my job properly as a Virtual Assistant. I excel not only in English communication skills, great communicator, team work and schedule adherance, but also in technical aspects too such as MS words, Excel and Powerpoint. I can work in a very good and positive work environment. Not only do I treasure good team work, but I also treasure trust, accountability, cooperation and compasion. Thus, I can confidently say that I embody these traits too.
I do hope you can consider me based on my records I have stated above. I can guarantee a good client-VA working relationship and will do the best I can to attend to all the needs of the client.
