Profile Description

I am currently working as a Remote Technical Support Upgrade to see actual info this position, I am responsible for providing mainly call and email technical support with a high-end consumer electronics company which caters all its customers around the world. The responsibilities are, but not limited to, providing step-by-step troubleshooting steps for technical issues, create follow-up tickets for return and warranty claims, and provide status updates with a customer's recent order. I have especially experienced ticket monitoring, email managing, and case analysis with Zendesk, along with some proprietary tools the client provided.
