I have been a Customer Service Representative for Amazon US for a year and for Telstra for almost 2 years and most of my work or tasks are Admin tasks for individual customers. I am very effective in assisting them and dealing with their different emotions. I do believe that being a Virtual Assistant and a CSR is alike because most of the tasks are helping the customer or the client. I am good at multitasking and I'd say very proficient most especially on Office tools. I can start immediately and can work as many hours as needed.
