1. A technical support representative for the 3rd's biggest telecommunications company that is based in the US. We help technicians change service rate codes on our consumers accounts. Adding services such as equipment and service packages to their accounts as well.

1. Managed client’s Instagram account through editing daily reels with the use of CapCut and Adobe for account engagement and scheduled reels that needs to post on a daily basis. Designed reel thumbnails and also copywriting Instagram captions.
