I have several years of experince working on a finace department and hadles accounts payables and recievables using NetSuite.

My experince involves; Payments Processing, Invoicing, Data entry, Research, Creating Financial Report, reconciliation, Customer Service, Book Keeping.

Task involves:
· Creating bills and Posting payments, Posting check transaction, Creating Journal Entries
• Creating bills for payable invoices
• Creating Purchase order
• Creating AP aging report for payment processing
• Creating AR aging report
• Making Follow up on overdue invoices
· Match System item price Vs invoice pricing and report to manager on invoice discrepancy
· Emailed vendor for delayed / copy of invoice
· Updating / Creating Vendor records
· Creating NetSuite saved search for data reporting
· Uploading Payments in Western Union and Delux
· Processing bill credit, voiding journal for bill payments and check
· Assist on bank reconciliation
· Creating reports (using VLOOKUP,pivot table, and other excel basic functions)
· Support other day-to-day operational accounting needs
