*Inside Sales Agent:
-Responsibilities:
• Outbound cold calling to prospects using the dialer and scripts provided.
• Choosing dispositions for the prospects/contacts according within cold call platform.
• Handling objections properly.
• Scheduling follow up calls for either yourself or another
• Regular meetings before the shift.
• Utilization of a time tracking app.
• Updating results at end of shift.
• Client calendar management
• Scheduling and setting an appointments
*Listing Concierge:
-Responsibilities
• Help and assist agents including high profile with their new listing
• Review listing documents for all signatures and all required information is filled out
• Submit listing documents for signatures to both sellers and review team
• Make sure listings are entered in a timely manner to avoid MLS fines
• Enter Listings into MLS and Portal (Including Photos and Fully executed documents)
• Ordering documents and services during pre-listing and/or activation
-Such as:
-Condo/Association Docs (if requested)
-Surveys (if requested)
-Termite Inspections (if requested)
-Prelim Reports (if requested)
-Building Permits (if requested)
-Home Inspection (if requested)
-Leasehold Disclosure Summary (if requested)
• Create their marketing materials:
-Such as:
-Flyer (Adobe Indesign)
-Postcard (Adobe Indesign)
-Brochure (Adobe Indesign)
-Call up card (Adobe Indesign)
-Lobby Card (Adobe Indesign)
-Social media image for sharing (Adobe Indesign)
• Create listing Ad using boomtown
• Confirm Listings on Select Websites
-Such as:
-Zillow
-Luxury Real Estate
-Corcoran
-Realtor
