As a Customer Service Representative, I am handling calls/chats to resolve customer's concerns in their account. Providing accurate information about client's products and services. Explaining customer's billing. Making changes on customer's account like rate plan changes, billing cycle changes, adding and removing features, as per customer's request and according to company's policy. Provide technical support to customers like basic troubleshooting. Assisting customer to process order like adding new services/lines, accessories, upgrades, trades and devices. Transfer customer via call or chat (depending on their concern) on the appropriate department. Help in attempting to retain customers who wanted to cancel services. Performing data entry for recording notes from chat, calls, questions and suggestions.
