Being a customer service representative, I always have the eagerness to help, to make sure that I give customers’ needs, and the willingness to do the extra mile just to go beyond their expectations. I feel grateful whenever I get positive feedback from them, it feels like I always do a great job, no matter what or how difficult the situation is because the important thing is I always do my best, and it doesn’t really matter what should I say, it’s about how I say it. I’ve learned to turn negative situations into positive ones, especially when talking about money, making sure to give all the possible options I can do for the Upgrade to see actual info was hard at first, but as long as I’ve built a connection with a customer it’s guaranteed that everything will be in place. I’m good at building rapport and I have great communication skills as these are the comments I get a lot from my supervisors.
