Profile Description

I am a Training Lead (Assistant Manager) for Talent Transformation (Training Team) in one of the BPO companies here in the Philippines supporting a Social Media account focusing on content moderation. With 7 years of experience as a Training Specialist, I am also currently a Master Trainer and Instructional Designer. I have worked in the past as a Trainer in a Telecommunications account, and as a customer service representative. I am proficient in MS Office tools and have worked with Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, and Canva. On a personal level, I do video editing, graphic designing, and scriptwriting as a hobby.

As an Assistant Training Manager, my current responsibilities include: 

• Direct interaction with program managers to receive, analyze, prioritize, and manage training development and delivery requests 
•Oversees performance of the trainers, implementation of new hire onboarding, and reports to the client Training Team 
• Attends all training-related meetings with the client Training Team and participates in Global Quality calibrations Attends weekly and monthly business reviews 

As a Master Trainer, my responsibilities are: 

• Conducts monthly observation of the trainers and is responsible for trainer certification 
• Delivers training using client-approved materials to new hires through classroom and virtual set-up; provides coaching and side-by-side observation to agents 
• Runs and analyzes training needs for employees and coordinates with other departments including clients; conducts refresher sessions, new policy rollouts, and cross-training for existing employees 

As an Instructional Designer, my responsibilities include:

• Analyzes competencies and knowledge requirements; conducts research and validation to support the accuracy of the information in the content 
• Designs content outlines and storyboards, using appropriate multimedia methodologies
