• Runs and analyzes training needs for employees and coordinates with other departments including clients; conducts refresher sessions, new policy rollouts, and cross-training for existing employees
As an Instructional Designer, my responsibilities include:
• Analyzes competencies and knowledge requirements; conducts research and validation to support the accuracy of the information in the content
• Designs content outlines and storyboards, using appropriate multimedia methodologies
