Profile Description

I'm Virtual Assistant for years now. I'm usually tasked to cold call leads to offer them spaces for lease or to check for their interest in selling or buying commercial properties and I also do skip tracing wherein I have to find the best possible information of decision makers for a certain property.

Other than that, I've experienced teaching in private and public school particularly with kids with special needs, where I got to do a lot of paper works like encoding of grades, making of lesson plans, exams, and visual aids using tools like: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.

I've also worked as an Online English Tutor where I've sharpened my communication skills even more. Proofreading, grammar correction & development, enhancement of vocabulary and application of grammar rules are the skills that I've implied on that job.

Regardless of my experiences and competencies, I'd still like to highlight that I am willing and very open to learn new skills.
