I have been working as an Amazon Expert for the past 15 years/ E-commerce Expert for the past 5 years (Mainly for Amazon, eBay and shopify). Also, Aside from being a native English Speaker, I speak French, Spanish and Italian fluently.
I do:
1. Customer service (in French, Spanish, Italian And Portuguese - Calls, Emails And Chat)
2. Create Listings/ Translate listings and Research Adwords in French, Spanish and Italian
3. Manage listings
4. Create cases
5. Manage inventory (also request refunds for los and damaged items)
6. Manage feedbacks
7. Handle A to Z Cases (in Amazon),
8. Create/Manage Lightning Deals
9. Create vouchers
10. Create/Manage promotions
11 Research new products/ PPC
12. Create/ Updating Enhanced Brand Content

All of these I have done for more than 6 years now and I have been optimized many listings with consistent results. I use Helium10 and JungleScout in optimizing Keywords (for the title, bullet points and description) and JungleScout for competition Research. I also used Linnworx, PlentyMarkets, Salesforce, Magento, Zendesk and Freshdesk in tracking inventory and Manage By Stats to launch email campaigns. I also have experience in making Google, Amazon and Facebook campaigns. I speak fluent French, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese since my clients use my skills for their Amazon seller accounts in Europe. I can also do Customer Service and optimization for other platforms such as eBay, Cdiscount, Rue de Commerce, Shopify, Manomano etc...
