I have more than 5 years of experience in customer service and also as a performance analyst in the BPO industry. I started working for eBay for 3 years in the buy and sell department. I assist customers with their buying queries like product details, shipping, and returns, and also assist sellers with listing products and how they can improve their sales. After working as a customer service representative at eBay, I became a performance analyst where we evaluate calls to identify strengths and weaknesses of our agents and provide feedback on their behaviors to ensure the quality of assistance provided to the customers. After being a performance analyst at eBay, I moved to a different BPO company and work for T-Mobile as a customer service expert and continued to improve and develop my skills in assisting customers.
