Profile Description

I am a sales-oriented individual with several years of experience in the call center sector. I've already worked on three different accounts, including sales for AT&T, collections for Synchrony Bank, and my most recent position as a healthcare representative and billing specialist with Health Care Services Upgrade to see actual info addition to that, I previously handled a client for Real Estate Virtual Assistance which opened doors for me to formally be introduced to the world of freelancing. 
I also have an academic research background and have presented at an international conference for ICHESMET Upgrade to see actual info is an international platform in which representatives from many countries debate their scholarly papers. More so, from 2015 to 2018, I landed my service as a journalist for a school paper. 
My degree has provided me with an excellent opportunity to hone my writing and public speaking talents. I got my bachelor's degree with specialization in English, Cum Laude.
