I am looking for a great opportunity where I can apply and develop my knowledge and skills. My experience in the Business Process Outsourcing industry as a Customer Service Representative and Technical Support as well as Administrative Staff help me develop my knowledge and skills in handling different types of customers in all possible aspects. Being a CSR/TSR and General Virtual Assistant simultaneously requires professionalism, a strong work ethic, critical thinking, problem-solving, and most importantly oral and written communication skills. Being knowledgeable in administrative tasks including answering emails, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements also requires attention to detail and my edge in using Google Workspace/Suite and Microsoft Office tools will be a great help to the company too. 

Aside from that, I can definitely do Social Media Managing as well. I am knowledgeable in many social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. And I can do editing and create designs using Canva and other related photo and video editing tools. I can also help the company analyze engagement data, identify trends in customer interactions, and plan digital campaigns to build community online. Those are just the basic skills and tools commonly used and my ability to have them makes me the perfect candidate for the job. My skill set and industry knowledge will be valuable to the company.

I have developed my skills in handling different types of customers as a Customer Service Representative and Technical Support. I have been supporting several lines of business such as Direct Sales Order Entry, Chat Support, Sales, Billing, and Technical Support. I'm a hardworking, loyal, well-disciplined, goal-oriented type of person and I am also willing to be trained. I have been working in the Business Process Outsourcing industry for twelve years both onsite and work-from-home set up and with that opportunity, I have discovered and learned a lot of things, especially about how Customer Service works.

With the help of all the experiences I gained from my previous work, I have learned as well on how to handle stress and work under pressure to meet the client set targets and expectations. When it comes to scheduling, I know that I am flexible. I am able to work on a graveyard shift, on weekends, and even during holidays.

Most recently I attended self-paced training that helped me sharpen my skills when it comes to freelancing. I also watch YouTube tutorials during my free time to learn more about the tools and skills needed that are applicable to the Virtual Assistant Upgrade to see actual info would be my pleasure to apply all my learnings to your company and together we will grow.

At this point, I am confident enough that my years of experience working in the BPO industry have made me more motivated and determined to explore new things. I am now confident that whatever tasks will be assigned to me, I know I can deliver outstanding results.
