With almost nine years working for the BPO and financial industry, primarily in customer service, I have developed a wide range of skills that would meet, and hopefully exceed your expectations.I used to be a technical support for Wordpress, receiving calls from customers who needed help in personalizing their own Upgrade to see actual info the same company, I also handled customer service through phone regarding product inquiries, upselling and cancellation of accounts for different products like food supplements, anti-theft service, fitness programs, etc.I also worked as a customer service agent for one of the largest telecommunication companies in the United States. I handled phone calls for account and billing questions, payments, and device usage and technical support. I was promoted immediately upon my regularization (six months), to a Subject Matter Expert/Assistant Supervisor, who handles escalations, does quality call monitoring, conducts refresher trainings, and certifies newbies.I then pursued my chosen field as a Financial Analyst for HSBC Electronic Data Processing Philippines. I was a Global Service Executive for HSBC Global Private Banking and have had accomplishments that subsidized the company’s success. These includes: reviewing of complicated dispute cases encountered by the team and checking evidences and legal documents to be finalized for chargeback submission, keen to details resulting to accurate input of information, trained co-employees upon process migration, keeping and filing of important documents by the end of shift for audit references and have been cross-trained to different roles covered by one team and performs all of these at the same time.I took a rest for some time and became a home-based freelancer specializing in data entry, web scraping and document conversion. I was also a regular proofreader/editor for a U.S.-based publishing company.I made a comeback in HDPP, again in Global Private Banking where I continued my career in the same process servicing Private Bank UK and Luxembourg. I got promoted to an SME Analyst even before I reached my first year back in the bank and worked closely with the Operations Manager and Vice President for Private Bank department Republic of Suisse.I went back to working from home for Disputes department for an E-Commerce company located in HongKong.I was a Quality Analyst in TaskUs for an international line of business. I started my Virtual Assistant career as a Transaction Coordinator and Assistant to the Director for Operations in a Real Estate agency in the US. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
