Profile Description

I take pride in being part of the BPO industry for more than ten years. My experience has definitely helped me develop a vast understanding of the key elements of driving the success of the business and providing the best resolution to customers' issues in a customer-centric approach.

Part of my work background includes being a Resolutions Manager for a hospitality brand where I helped resolved time-sensitive issues between hosts and guests through effective mediation strategies.

I am currently working as a Quality Analyst for a video sharing platform where I monitor the process of VOD ingestion and ensure that our quality performance targets are exceeded. This role helped me develop my skills in root-cause analysis, providing feedback, generating reports, and implementing process improvement initiatives.
