Worked as a Customer Service Representative and Email Support for 8 years in total and learned and develop my potentials in communicating with people around the globe, as well as my written skills. Handling email responses, Inventory  and Sales report for 2 years with various Shopify stores and also handles appointment schedules and manage their calendar. 
Knowledge in the following: Konnektive, Gorgias, Shipbob,Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Shopify/Oberlo, Aliexpress, Shipping Easy, Logiwa, Webmail Rackspace, Webmail Roundcube,Google docs, Google calendar and Dropbox.
I do want to contribute to the success of an organization through in-depth knowledge, skills and experience in exchange for training and development.
