I am adept in the field with 5 years' worth of customer service experience. 

I am an experienced technical support representative and assisted customers with concerns with their smart medical devices (e.g. BPM, Smartwatches, Smart Weighing scales)

I also have experience handling freight-related concerns for Uber Freight through inbound and outbound phone calls and emails. It's my day-to-day task to ensure that freight arrives on time or assist drivers with their concerns such as mechanical problems, assisting truck drivers to check-in to a warehouse, and contacting warehouse PIC to update them about the driver's status.
