I started as a Customer Service Representative handling multi clients credit cards,since I like challenges, I took the initiative to join the newly open Cebu site where I help the new hires in terms of the process and product knowledge. But when an

As a Fraud Associate, I am helping the customers with the fraud transactions, possible account takeovers, block removal on their account and qualifying and approving potential customers for their personal and business accounts.
