Im a L2 system Engineer, my primary role was to provide technical support and assistance for complex issues that couldn't be resolved by the L1 support team. I also played a key role in implementing and maintaining monitoring tools to ensure the stability and performance of the systems. Additionally, I was responsible for documenting processes and procedures. One of the key aspects of my role was to stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
