I am a proficient Virtual Assistant with Customer Relations and Inbound/Outbound Sales experience. I have great knowledge of virtual features as I studied Business Management. I worked with 2 big BPO companies for 4 years as an agent to supervisor and ventured into freelancing until now.
I am passionate working as a Virtual Assistant because I love seeing the business grow and to be a part of it. I always make sure to upskill and be updated of any new trends and strategies to align it with the business' goals. Come what may but I am confident that with my strong communication and critical thinking skills, I will pull through.
In addition, I already have the necessary tools like an excellent personal computer, stable internet connection, and power backups to aid and finish my work efficiently and effectively. I'm willing to work for a graveyard shift to adjust to the client's time zone which should also not be an issue.
